Having an ideal body does not guarantee that you look cool. Furthermore, you need to form your body to be looked sexy. Beautiful Stomach is the most question that people want. Basically it does not difficult to have it. Just follow the step to have beautiful and sexy stomach safely and naturally:

1. Set the Sleep Time Habit of sleeping after eating is not recommended as it can cause stomach ballooned since food has not managed to fully digest. To be able to shrink belly fat, make it a habit to start to set the time when you eat and when you sleep.The right time for sleep is two hours after you eat. Salt must be salty

Everybody doesn't want to have any disease surely. We can do everything that we want unless our body are healthy. Sometimes it comes suddenly without any permission hehee It very disturb our activities. Although it just simple illness such as flu, cough, sore throat etc. it makes us horrible and be lazy to do something. I had any experience according it. It happened while I was child. I used to have cough when I got cold. Even I had got back normal temperature, I still had a cough. It took several days to make it go. My parents just gave me some medicines which were brought from a shop. If it did not work, my parents brought me to see a doctor. I was tired and bored to face you, cough. 

In fact, Happiness would come to me when I visited my grandma's house on foot and it was heavy raining. After a minute I arrived there and decided to stay at her house. Because no sign showed that the rain would let up. My body felt cold and I had cough. I cough several times and didn't stop. Suddenly my grandma asked me to eat some salt. I refused her offered enviously. It is salt so the taste is definitely salty but she said that it would treat me from cough. Actually I was not sure however I did not any choice. iuewwww I wanted to throw up when I felt it on my tongue. "Give me some water please." I asked. But she did not, she asked me to swallow more salt instead. And I obey her command. It seem like awesome what i just already done. At this time she gave me a glass of water. I felt more better than before. And hey.. had a look, I didn't cough anymore. It had disappeared. Oh thanks God, it worked. My grandma just smiled and asked me to go to bed due to it was late. After that It's so amazing that I was rarely to get cough . 
Now I am very happy that I do not need salt anymore if i have cough hahahaaaa

My favourite recipe


Fried Cheese Banana 


Banana is a kind of fruits where we can find it in many places. It also contains high carbohydrate, therefore if we eat it, our stomach will be full. Sometimes we feel still hungry although we just already ate. Moreover, we do not know what we are going to do. Fried cheese-banana is the answer. All of kinds Bananas could be made. But kepok-banana and tanduk-banana are commonly cooked. It is very simple to make it and it does not take long time. So you can make it anytime you want. For the ingredients, it is very easy to get in your kitchen. I will tell you about the recipe that I usual make. Just follow the steps!

The ingredients: 
  1. 5 half-ripe bananas
  2. Vegetable oil 
  3. Sprinkled chocolate 
  4. Grated cheese

The steps:

1.    Peel the bananas and wash it till clean
2.    Chop it into two sides with knife but not finished over
3.    Heat the oil
4.    Cook it in medium heat
5.    Remove it from frying pan after changing in to brown-gold then drain it
6.    Put it in a plate
7.    Sprinkle the cheese and the sprinkled-chocolate
8.    Serve when it is still warm



Fried cheese banana can be for dessert or meals before you go out
Unless you feel hungry but you are bored with your food, fried cheese banana is the appropriate one :)

I, You, and They
I as your buddy just want to help you
You’re walking on wrong step
I remind you by my way
Don’t care you might be mad 
However I believe you will be conscious as soon
I look happiness in your smile
In contrast it looks obviously concerned in your eyes
Wishes you are going to be out
From this, which you named joy at the moment
You are gonna face the choices whether stay here or back to your truly heart



I am not sure whether some words above including a poem hehe. 
Actually I am not a romantic person so it's hard for me to make poetic words -__-" But I've tried as much as I can do. Firstly I got difficulty to create it, what I had to write. Suddenly I got an inspiration of a movie which I just already watched, therefore I put a video above. It is an indonesian movie, the title is "Perahu Kertas." The story of this movie can be reflected by my poem. Besides I myself have an experience similar to the movie. My close friend who becomes the actress while I am between her and them. I can't do as much 'cause I have to respect what she does. That's why I wrote this to make us be awake about the things like it.
